Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Palser Enterprises Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information when you visit our site:
- Information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, or company details when you fill out a contact form or request a quote.
- Automatically collected information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the site, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies to operate our site and, with your consent, to understand how visitors use it and to provide optional features. Cookies fall into the following categories:
- Necessary — required for the site to function. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site (e.g. Google Analytics), so we can improve it. These are only set if you accept them.
- Marketing — used by advertising partners to show you relevant ads. We do not currently set any marketing cookies, but you can register your preference using the cookie controls.
- Live Chat — loads our live chat provider (LiveChat) so you can message us. It is off by default. You can turn it on from the cookie menu or by clicking the “Chat with us” button, and turn it off again from the cookie menu. See Section 4 for details.
You can choose which categories to allow at any time using the cookie banner or the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer. Declining analytics, marketing, or live chat cookies does not affect your ability to use the rest of the site.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide quotes or support
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website
- Understand site usage and visitor trends (where analytics cookies are accepted)
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services on our site:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — provides analytics about how our site is used. It only loads and runs if you accept analytics cookies through the cookie banner.
- LiveChat (LiveChat, Inc.) — powers the “Chat with us” feature. LiveChat is off by default and does not load automatically. It loads only after you turn on the “Live Chat” cookie option — either by clicking the “Chat with us” button or by enabling it in the cookie menu. While it is on, the messages you send and related technical information (such as your IP address and browser details) are transmitted to and processed by LiveChat, Inc. under its own privacy policy. You can turn it off again at any time from the cookie menu. If you never turn it on, no information is sent to LiveChat.
Each of these providers sets its own cookies and processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
